Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to registration for Den Zero, a startup pitch event organised by Hustle Den Pvt Ltd ("Den Zero", "we", "us") under the Hustle Den brand, through hustledenindia.com. By registering and paying the registration fee, you and every member of your team agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• Teams of one to three members may register.
• Every team member must be born on or after 1 January 1995.
• You must provide accurate information. We may cancel a registration that contains false or misleading details, without a refund.

2. Registration and fee

• Den Zero runs city editions. You pick your city at the start of registration, and your team pitches at that city's edition.
• The registration fee is a flat amount per team, set by city: Pune ₹1,499, Bangalore ₹2,499, Mumbai ₹1,999. The amount due is shown on the payment step before you pay.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your registration is confirmed only after the payment succeeds, and you receive a reference ID and a payment receipt.
• The fee covers evaluation of your submission, mentor feedback and event access for your team. It does not cover travel, accommodation or other personal expenses.
• The fee is non-refundable, except in the cases listed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Evaluation and shortlisting

• Submissions are reviewed by Den Zero and its evaluators. Shortlisting, pitch slots and outcomes are at our sole discretion and are final.
• Registration does not guarantee a pitch slot, investment, mentorship or any particular outcome.
• Any investment discussion is solely between your team and the investor. Den Zero is not a party to, and makes no promises about, any investment.

4. Your idea and materials

• You keep full ownership of your idea, pitch deck and other materials.
• You confirm the idea is original and your own work, and that your materials don't infringe anyone else's rights.
• You allow Den Zero to review your submission and to share it with evaluators, mentors and investors for the purposes of the event.
• Evaluators, mentors and investors are not asked to sign non-disclosure agreements. Share only what you are comfortable disclosing.
• We may use your team name, startup name and event photos or videos to promote Den Zero. Write to us if you'd like to opt out.

5. Conduct

Participants must behave respectfully towards organisers, evaluators, investors and other teams. We may remove a team from the event for misconduct, without a refund.

6. Changes to the event

We may change the venue, date, schedule or format of an edition when necessary. We will tell registered teams on WhatsApp and email as early as we can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Den Zero's total liability to a team for any claim relating to the event is limited to the registration fee that team paid. We are not liable for indirect losses, including any loss of business opportunity or investment.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
