Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Den Zero registration fee is non-refundable, except if we cancel an edition or you are charged twice, as described below. Please check your city and team details before you pay.
No refunds
Once a registration is paid, the fee is not refunded in any of these cases, among others:
- your team is not shortlisted, or doesn't receive investment or a particular outcome;
- your team cancels, withdraws or cannot attend;
- you picked the wrong city or entered incorrect details;
- a team is removed for false information or misconduct under our Terms.
Cancellations by you
You may withdraw your team at any time by writing to us, but the fee is not refunded. Registrations cannot be transferred to another team.
Changes by Den Zero
If we reschedule or change the format of an edition, your registration carries over to the new date or format.
If we cancel an edition outright and do not reschedule it, we will refund the full registration fee to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of the cancellation.
Payment errors
If you are charged more than once for the same registration because of a technical error, we will refund the extra amount to your original payment method once we confirm it with Razorpay. Refunds usually reach you within 5–7 working days after they are processed.
If money was deducted but you didn't get a confirmation, don't pay again. Your payment is confirmed automatically within an hour; if it isn't, write to us with your reference ID.
